Double-crested Cormorant
Images 1 and 2 were taken in La Jolla, and Image 3 shows a small rookery in Goleta, both in California. Images 4 - 6 were taken at Santee Lakes, Santee, California. The last image is from Lake Henshaw, in central San Diego County, California.
Brandt's Cormorant
This species has been nesting along the cliffs near La Jolla Cove, in La Jolla, California in recent years. All images here are from that location, except for the last, which is of a large colony at Yaquina Bay Outstanding Natural Area on the central Oregon Coast (in July).
