Western Toad
These are toads within the subspecies "California Toad".
The individuals below (Images 1 - 7) was found hopping around outside my home at dusk. 
Cuyamaca Mountains, California. Images 8 and 9 were photographed in Tulare County in the southern Sierra Nevada Mountains, California.
Great Plains Toad
Despite the common name, this particular toad was photographed in southeastern Arizona.
Colorado River Toad
Photographed in Tucson, Arizona, during the monsoon season. These are young toads. Image 2 was taken in the last stage of the swallowing of a moth.

Photographed in the grasslands just W. of Chiricahua National Monument in the monsoon season.
